Makeup Tips for Lips! - Get Best Celebrity Lips!

Step 1
Make sure you blend the lip liner very well all over the lips and in the creases. It works as a base for the lipstick. This way the lipstick will stay on longer. Also your lipstick and gloss won't smear or run.
So I used Dior Lipliner Pencil in Rose Candy#463 all over the lips as a base color. ($26CAD)
Step 2
Pick a second lipliner in a slightly darker shade. Draw the contour of your lips on top of the base color.
I used Clinique Definer Liner for Lips in Nudey 02. ($17.50CAD)
Step 3
Apply a lighter shade of lipstick.
I used Dior Addict Lipstick in Mauve Selection # 485. ($35CAD)
Step 4
Use a second layer lipstick in a darker shade.
I used Dior Addict Lipstick in Positive Red #857.($35CAD)
Step 5
Go back to the first lipliner you used. Contour your lips again just to make sure you have perfectly defined lips. Using the lighter contour shade again helps the color blend as well.
Step 6
Apply a lipgloss. Using a gloss on top of the lipstick gives you that elegant finish. It also gives you a fuller, lusher look. A lipgloss can be worn over lipstick all the time for a lip-magnifying shine.
I used Dior Addict Ultra-Gloss Reflect in shade #067 which is a soft pink. ($31CAD)
Step 7
Use the foundation brush to apply some illuminating concealer around lip contour. This way your lip color won't smear or run. It also helps your lips to look very well defined all day long.
I used Dior Skinflash Radiance Booster Pen in shade#oo2. ($ 48 CAD)

It would be better for you to use the same makeup brand. This way you can get the perfect blend of textures.
But if you have lots of makeup in your purse, like I do, you might as well play with the colors and textures. It's so much fun.
