Review: For me that's the best mascara ever. I personally like to have very dramatic lashes. Blackout it's so perfect. I have tried lots of other mascaras before like: Estee Lauder-Sumptuous, Lancome, Clinique-High Impact, MAC, YSL and others... Since I've first tried Blackout on, I can't even imagine living without it. It is my favorite mascara for it gives me exactly the finish I want. The volume, the length, the intense color.... everything. Such a perfect product. I give this mascara 20 points of 10.

DIOR ICONIC - High definition/Long lasting curl

For perfect separation and curling. Soft finish.
Provides long lasting and smudge-proof results.
It is a very good base coat for your mascara, as well.

Shades: BLACK, BROWN, NAVY

The brush: The ICONIC brush features soft silicone bristles that spiral around the stem to lift, curl and separate every lash.

Price: $34 CAD

Review: I use it as a base for my Dior Blackout Mascara every day. I also use it by itself for the bottom lashes because it's smudge-proof. So by the end of the day doesn't move. It really separates the lashes very nicely and curls. It does the job. I simply love the Navy shade. I like this shade a lot because I have brown eyes and it helps my eye color to pop up. But it also works very well for blue eyes.

Dior Makeup Artist event in Vancouver!

It was really exciting to be the host of the biggest make-up event in Vancouver.
It happened at Dior - The Bay Park Royal West Vancouver.
Christian Dior National Makeup Artist - Mona Sharma - run this fantastic makeup event for 2 days. Friday November 20 and Saturday November 21, 2009.
It was a very successful makeup event. I think women need more events like this.

Lots a fun! Great makeup event! All the ladies got the chance to learn from Dior makeup Artist - Mona Sharma and her Makeup Artists Team about the latest Dior Makeup and Skincare products. Also they won some prizes.
Dior Team at The Bay Park Royal rewarded their customers with a beautiful Dior 4 piece gift.
This successful Make-up event showed us that we need more high end events in town.
Dior Park Royal Team knows exactly how to spoil and how to offer their customers the best service.

The spring 2010 makeup collection for Estee Lauder is been created by Michael Kors. What a brilliant collaboration. They've called this up coming makeup collection "Very Hollywood". I would say that's the best way to describe this fabulous makeup collection for 2010.

Just to remind you, this is a limited edition makeup collection. It will be available in the stores starting with middle January.

For 2010 spring Estee Lauder and Michael Kors tell us pink, beige and coral are very hot.
The collection comes in two color palettes: Bel Air Beige and Rodeo Pink.

Blush, eyeshadow duos, eye pencils, lip glosses and nail polishes are the components of this beautiful make up collection. But the main items are: the shimmering loose powder, lip sheen in a subtle pink shade with gold flecks dubbed Hollywood Gold and the lip gloss in Hollywood Gold.

The spokeswoman for Estee Lauder 2010 Very Hollywood Makeup Collection is gorgeous Hillary Rhoda.Michael Kors even plans to come with a new version for Sophia Loren style liquid eyeliner that would be easy to apply.

Extra Eye Repair Cream (15ml)
This new eye cream is enriched with peptides, natural vegetable oils and moisturizing ingredients to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Les Impressions Chanel 2010 Spring Makeup Collection!

Looking at this gorgeous makeup collection I think it's useless to say anything.
It's an absolutely amazing collection. Peter Phillips was inspired by Coco Chanel's hand print on a yellow sand. How cool is that!?
Chanel 2010 Spring Collection includes a warm shade of blush, deep purple and brown eyeshadows, limited edition lip glosses, three nail polishes or new lipstick shades.

You will find this beautiful Makeup Collection in the stores starting with the middle of January.
I personally can hardly wait to give it a try!

Guerlain 2010 Cherry Blossom Collection

I personally think this is one of the most impressive makeup collection for the 2010 Spring. It comes from Guerlain and it's called Cherry Blossom. Here, in the first picture is the limited edition Eyeshadow Quad Ombrelles.
Another beautiful piece of this stunning makeup collection is the Cherry Blossom Blush. So gorgeous! It is a must for the next season.

The hottest makeup look for spring 2010 comes from DIOR.
This gorgeous collection is inspired by 1920's lingerie and Christian Dior's love of lace.
The 5 colors eyeshadow palettes are limited editions. They come in Pearl Glow (blues, greys and pinky mauve) and the darker shades of Coquette.

Its ultra-velvety formula is easy to smudge and long lasting. You have about a minute to play with it or to smudge it. Then it stays in place until you use some makeup remover to get rid of it. It is a great smudge proof eyeliner. I recommend this product to everyone. Such an amazing product!

How it stays on: 6. You have to reapply it every hour.

Notes: I personally didn't like the gloss. It does plump the lips but I don't like the texture. It feels too greasy to me. And I don't like the tube idea but that's just me.

I've been asked many times by both my friends and customers "Which is the best makeup brand that sells in drug stores?". As a makeup artist and skincare expert I use high end cosmetics for years. So, my answer used to be always the same "Drug store makeup is not quite good." That was my point of view until I've got the chance to try MARCELLE make-up. One day someone gave me some Marcelle makeup just to try it. Very sceptically I've tried them on just because I liked the eyeshadow and eyeliner color. I was very surprised to realize how wrong I was. I've tried the eyeshadow without using a base. At the end of the day it looked pretty much the same as at the beginning. It is not a perfect cosmetic line, but it is way better quality than lots of cosmetic brands they sale in drug stores.
