I break out but I have dry skin!

Today a girl came to me and she asked me to help her get rid of pimples. I started investigating a little bit more about her skin condition. She said to me her skin type is very dry. That's when I realized the actual cause of her break out was using a rich moisturizer.

She was very surprised when I said " You are completely wrong. There's no such thing like dry skin and breaking out at the same time." Whoever make pimples is very oily skin. The fact that you feel like your skin is dry is because you are very dehydrated.

You only need water into your skin. Everything that you use on your face it has to be oil-free, otherwise you will break out more. You need to exfoliate your skin, as well. Unclogging the pores is extremely important if you want to prevent a further break out.

Allergic to mineral make up?

Would a powder foundation work for me?
